A Personal Update from Me ..

This is something I never imagined having to write, but I feel it’s time to be fully open and honest with you all - especially with the amazing clients who’ve supported me and my small business from the beginning.

I hope by sharing this, it helps people understand that I’ve truly been doing my best.

This is part of the reason why I’ve been slow replying to messages, forgetting to get back to people, and struggling to keep up with communication. I never want to seem ungrateful or unprofessional, but the truth is - I’ve just not been well enough to keep on top of everything.

Over the past year, my health has taken a serious and life-changing turn. I’ve been diagnosed with a brain tumour, but yet most recently I was diagnosed with epilepsy, which has led to me suffering from tonic-clonic seizures. On top of that, I deal with debilitating migraines on a daily basis, and my mental health has really taken a hit - I am constantly so anxious, overwhelmed & fatigued. I’m just trying to get through each day.

Because of all this, I’ve made the really difficult decision to pause taking on any new clients for the foreseeable future. I’ll still be seeing my regular clients who’ve continued to support me with so much patience and love - but I have to prioritise my health right now and take a step back where I can.

To every single person who’s ever come to me for a treatment, thank you.

Thank you to everyone who’s waited, rescheduled, or checked in - your kindness has meant the world and more than I could ever put into words.

This isn’t goodbye - it’s just me being honest about needing to rest and focus on getting better. When I’m able to return stronger, I hope to welcome you all back with open arms.

As exhausting as this time of year is ..

I couldn’t be more thankful to be exhausted doing what I LOVE, with the clients I LOVE 🩷

Thank you to every single one of you who has supported me this year, has booked an appointment with me, who has shared my posts ..

I am grateful for each and every single one of you, grateful for the ones who have came to me once, grateful for the clients who have turned into my friends, grateful for the ones who share my work/posts consistently - it doesn’t go unnoticed!

On that note, MERRY CHRISTMAS MY GIRLS!!!

I hope you all have the most beautiful Christmas with all your loved ones!

I will be returning to work on Friday 10th January after a well deserved break and trip to Amsterdam 😍 I can’t wait to see you all again and hear all your wonderful Christmas story’s!
