Hi all,
I’ve been having problems with both my personal and salon phone’s network. Which is 02, this has been happening since Saturday, intermittent service and unable to make or answer calls, or use my card machine. This being said I’m operating as cash only for the foreseeable, it’s a lot less hassle and if needs be people can bank transfer. I have the card machine as back up but it’s just not working at the minute. Phones work away from the salon but still not great. If you message or call me please bare with as I would never intentionally ignore anyone. It’s really becoming a nuisance now. I still can receive texts sporadically so i will reply as soon as i’m able to.
When i send your text reminders I will notify you to bring cash so you have a days notice.
Sorry for any inconvenience caused but the situation is out of my hands. Thanks all for understanding
