This isn’t something I ever wanted to have to post, but unfortunately I feel I need to.

Over the last few months, boxes of my DIY lashes have gone missing on several occasions. My stock simply isn’t adding up. As a small business that’s only just getting started, every single sale means so much to me. I’m not making huge profits—in fact, every penny goes straight back into placing bigger orders so I can continue to grow.

Sadly, this has now happened around 4–5 times.

When I went into the salon this evening to pack customer orders, I discovered that more stock was missing. My website tracks every item, and whenever I sell a box in person, I update the stock immediately, so I know exactly what should be there.

Because of this, we have made the difficult decision to have CCTV installed.
