End of an Era 🫶🏼

I just want to say a huge thank you to every single client who has ever chosen me and trusted me with your face over the last 4 years. What started as a small idea turned into a business I built, grew, and sustained — and that’s something I’ll always be proud of.

As most of you know, over the past year I made the decision to step into content creation and return to marketing, which is what I’ve always done since leaving school.

Alongside that, a lot has changed in my personal life. Changes at home, loss, and growth have shifted my perspective and what I want my life to look like.

Over time, I’ve realised that being in the salon environment no longer aligns with me or the person I’m becoming. That hasn’t been an easy decision, but choosing to walk away from something I built over four years takes strength, not failure. I’ve worked hard on myself, my boundaries, and my peace — and that comes first now.

To my regular clients: please message me, as I’ll still be doing brows on an as and when you need me basis from home. And also Ultimate Volume is also available for any brow appointments at the salon 🫶🏼

I won’t be taking on any new clients going forward. All bookings will be direct with me for regulars only.

Thank you for the support, loyalty, and trust over the years. This chapter has meant more to me than I can put into words — and I’m excited for what’s next 🤍

If you have booked an appointment for January this is not 100% confirmed I haven’t sorted January diary out yet and again I’ve already explained I’ve dropped down to two days now. So if you get a messages rearranging your another day please understand 🫶🏼

REMINDER ‼️

ALL DECEMBER APPOINTMENTS MUST BE PAID BY THE 30TH NOVEMBER IN FULL.

Everyone will get a text message to confirm how much they owe over the next few days.

Each appointment you have whether you have 1 or 5 they all need paid I do NOT take bank payments in December these will not be allowed.

Also to just remind everyone moving forward after December ALL appointments will be paid upon booking whoever you are.

Cancellation within 48 hours 50% deposit returned.

Cancellation 24 hours or less deposit lost.

I have to protect my business moving forward I hope you all respect that.

Any Christmas appointments will be cancelled if not paid by November 30th and offered to everyone else.

I am FULLY BOOKED this Christmas so only have a wait list now 🙌

Just a little update for all of my lovely clients 💕

As many of you - especially my regulars - already know, the past two years have thrown just about everything at me.

I’m genuinely surprised my business is still standing, and that’s entirely thanks to all of you.

Your support has meant more than you could ever know.

With everything happening on TikTok recently, a lot of people have been asking whether I’m still doing brows.

The answer is yes, I absolutely am… however, there are some changes.

As most of you are aware, my daughter has additional needs, and over the past year things have changed dramatically for us as a family. On top of that, her dad became unwell last year, which has had lasting effects and added more responsibilities at home.

Between caring for my children and managing a business, the load has become a lot to juggle.
I want to say a huge thank you for sticking by me through the rearranged appointments, the chaos, and everything in between.

I truly appreciate your patience and understanding - at the end of the day, I’m just one person trying my best.

Going forward, I’ll be working two days a week.

This allows me to put my family first while also protecting my own mental health and making sure I’m not stretching myself too thin.
