One whole year… where has the time gone? 🥂✨
Today marks one year since I took the reins of Francesco Hair Walsall, and I honestly don’t think I can put into words just how much this journey has meant to me.
Walking through the doors of this salon all those years ago, I never imagined that one day I would have the incredible opportunity to call it my own. ❤️
The past year has been filled with so many emotions — excitement, challenges, laughter, a few stressful moments, but above all, an enormous amount of pride.
I am so incredibly proud of what we have achieved together. From growing our amazing team and introducing new services, to creating a salon where our clients feel welcomed, valued and truly looked after.
But most of all, I want to say thank you.
Thank you to every single client who has supported me, trusted me with their hair and continued to walk through our doors. Your loyalty means more to me than you will ever know. 🤍
And to my incredible team — thank you for believing in me, supporting me and making Francesco Hair Walsall what it is today. I couldn’t do it without you.
This isn’t just a business to me. This salon has become a huge part of my life, my passion and my heart. ❤️

Meet Lola, one of our talented New Talent Stylists at Francesco Hair Walsall! 💇‍♀️✨
Lola joined our salon family in 2023 as an apprentice and has worked incredibly hard throughout her training. After successfully completing her Level 3 apprenticeship in June 2026, Lola is now excited to continue developing her career behind the chair. ✂️🎓
Lola offers cutting and colouring services and loves creating beautiful, personalised looks for her clients.
We’re so proud of Lola and everything she has achieved so far, and we can’t wait to see what the future holds

✨ MEET LILLY — OUR 1ST YEAR APPRENTICE ✨
Meet Lilly, the newest member of our team at Francesco Hair Walsall! 💇‍♀️✨
Lilly joined us in July 2026 and is excited to begin her hairdressing journey with our salon family. ❤️
She will be starting her apprenticeship at our Stafford Training Academy, where she will work towards gaining her Level 3 qualifications.
Lilly has a real passion for hairdressing and is keen to learn, develop her skills and grow in confidence throughout her apprenticeship.
She is looking forward to welcoming our clients and becoming a familiar face in the salon. Who knows… in a few years, Lilly may just become your new stylist! ✂️✨

Meet Jess, one of our talented New Talent Stylists here at Francesco Hair Walsall. 💇‍♀️✨
Jess completed her Level 3 training with distinctions in 2024 and has continued to grow her skills and confidence behind the chair.
She is passionate about creating beautiful hair and offers a high standard of cutting and colouring, always taking the time to understand what her clients are looking for.
With her talent, creativity and cheeky personality, Jess is a popular member of our team and a firm favourite with our clients. ❤️

Pretty in pink! 💗

Emily created this gorgeous look by adding subtle pops of pink through rich, glossy brunette hair, giving the perfect hint of colour while keeping it soft, wearable and dimensional.

Finished with loose waves to really show off those beautiful pink ribbons running through the hair. We are obsessed with this transformation!
