📩 DM Me For Free Consultation
“I think I just need 1ml.” 👀💉
It’s one of the most common things I hear during consultations.
And every time, my answer is the same:
✨ “Before we talk about filler… let’s assess your face.”
Because a syringe isn’t a treatment plan.
It’s simply a tool.
One of the biggest misconceptions in aesthetics is that the amount of filler determines the result.
It doesn’t.
The assessment does. 🔍
I’ve seen clients have several millilitres over the years and still feel something doesn’t look quite right.
Not because they had “too much” filler…
But because every appointment focused on the next syringe instead of the bigger picture.
💋 A little in the lips
💚 A little in the cheeks
〰️ A little in the folds
📐 A little in the jawline
Without asking one important question:
Why has the face changed in the first place? 💭
That’s why I don’t build treatment plans around millilitres.
I build them around facial anatomy.
Before recommending treatment, I assess:
💚 facial structure & support
💚 areas of volume loss
💚 skin quality & laxity
💚 facial proportions
💚 long-term ageing patterns
Only then do we create a personalised plan.
Sometimes that includes one syringe.
Sometimes treatment is staged over time.
Sometimes it doesn’t include filler at all.
Because my responsibility isn’t simply to give you what you ask for.
It’s to recommend what I genuinely believe will create the most natural, balanced and long-lasting result.
The best aesthetic outcomes don’t happen because someone used more filler.
They happen because someone made better decisions. 🎯
That’s why I believe in plans over patches.
The goal isn’t to fill one feature…
It’s to restore harmony across the whole face. ✨
Considering dermal filler?
Book your consultation and let’s start with an assessment — not a syringe. 💚

Every Monday morning, before I do anything else... I look at one number. 📊
Not my followers.
Not my likes.
Not my bank account.
Leads. 🎯
Because if you don’t know where your next clients are coming from, everything else becomes guesswork.
One of the biggest mistakes clinic owners make is trying to improve everything at once:
📱 more content
🎨 better branding
💉 more treatments
⚙️ new machines
💷 lower prices
🎓 more qualifications
But great businesses aren’t built by chasing twenty different numbers.
They’re built by mastering the right one.
For me, that’s leads.
Because leads tell me whether my marketing is doing its job.
If leads are healthy, I know people are entering the business every week.
Then I can improve:
💚 how many book consultations
💚 how many show up
💚 how many become paying clients
💚 average client value
💚 how many return
But none of that matters if there aren’t enough people coming through the front door.
That’s why successful businesses track their numbers.
Not because they love spreadsheets 😅
But because:
✨ What gets measured gets improved.
Hope isn’t a strategy.
“I think we’re doing okay...”
isn’t a strategy.
“I’ve been really busy...”
isn’t a strategy.
Numbers tell the truth.
They remove emotion.
They remove guesswork.
They show where your business is growing...
And where it’s leaking opportunities. 🚨
So let me ask you:
If I asked how many qualified leads your clinic generated last week, could you answer without guessing?
If not, don’t track ten KPIs.
Start with one.
Master it.
Then build from there.
Clinics generating consistent £10k+ months don’t run on hope.
They run on:
📊 data
🧠 decisions
🎯 disciplined ex*****on
That’s what I help practitioners build inside the Elevation Evaluation.
Because once you know your numbers...
You stop guessing.
And you start growing. 💚
"The best consultations don't sell treatments... they build trust." 💚
The most rewarding moment in my job isn’t performing the treatment.
It’s hearing four simple words…
✨ “I trust you.”
Every time a client says that, I know something important has happened.
We’ve moved away from:
💉 syringes
📏 millilitres
📱 social media trends
💭 worrying about looking fake
And we’ve started talking about them.
Their face.
Their concerns.
Their goals.
How they want to feel when they look in the mirror.
Clients aren’t simply buying filler.
They’re placing trust in the person sitting opposite them. 💚
They’re trusting:
🧠 your judgement
🤍 your honesty
🎓 your experience
🛑 your ability to say when treatment isn’t right
That’s why I never rush consultations.
I never start with a syringe.
And I never begin with:
“How many millilitres would you like?”
Instead, I start with:
💬 a conversation
🔍 an assessment
📝 a personalised plan
Because when clients feel heard and understood…
And realise you’re not trying to sell them something…
Everything changes.
The questions change.
The conversation changes.
The trust begins.
After thousands of consultations, I’ve realised something:
Trust isn’t built when the treatment is finished.
It’s built long before the treatment begins.
And that’s what people remember most.
Not how quickly you injected.
Not how much filler you used.
But how you made them feel.
For me, premium care isn’t about creating the biggest transformation.
It’s about creating the safest, most natural one.
Because the best aesthetic results always begin with trust. 💚✨

The question everyone asks me is…
“Steven, how long will my filler last?” 👀
And my answer usually surprises people.
Because I think you’re asking the wrong question.
Instead, I ask:
✨ “How long do you want it to keep looking natural?”
They’re not always the same thing.
One of my male clients came to see me after losing several teeth, which had caused loss of support through the mid-face.
His concern wasn’t wrinkles.
He simply wanted to restore the structure he’d gradually lost and stop looking tired.
Nearly 20 months later, he’s still looking fantastic. 💚
The support is still there.
His face still looks balanced.
And we haven’t needed to keep “topping him up.”
Why?
Because we didn’t just inject filler.
We created a treatment plan. 🎯
Not all dermal fillers are the same.
Different products have different densities, consistencies and levels of structural support.
Choosing the right product is just as important as choosing the right area.
Longevity can vary depending on:
💚 the treatment plan
💚 the filler used
💚 the treatment area
💚 placement and technique
💚 metabolism
💚 lifestyle
💚 how your body breaks down hyaluronic acid
That’s why there isn’t one simple answer to:
“How long does filler last?”
When filler is carefully planned, the right product is selected and it’s placed to restore support rather than simply add volume, results can look natural for much longer than many people expect.
I don’t build treatment plans around syringes.
I build them around outcomes.
Because I’d rather create a result that still supports the face 18–24 months later…
Than one that looks overfilled after six months.
Natural results aren’t about using more filler.
They’re about making better decisions from the start.
That’s why every consultation begins with:
“Before we talk about filler… let’s assess your face.” 💚
Send me a message to book your personalised consultation.
One of the biggest myths in the aesthetics industry?
That the highest-earning practitioners are simply the most talented. 👀
I don’t believe that anymore.
I’ve met incredible practitioners producing amazing clinical work who are still stuck around £3,000 a month.
And I’ve met less experienced practitioners who have built thriving, profitable clinics.
So what separates them?
Usually, it isn’t talent.
It’s implementation. 🎯
Most practitioners already know what they should be doing:
💚 Create stronger offers
💚 Package treatments instead of selling appointments
💚 Improve consultations
💚 Follow up with enquiries
💚 Raise their prices
💚 Build better systems
💚 Post consistently
The problem isn’t a lack of knowledge.
The problem is that knowledge without action changes nothing.
I’ve seen practitioners:
🎓 spend thousands on courses
📜 collect certificates
💉 learn new treatments
💻 watch endless webinars
Yet six months later, the business is still in the same place.
Not because they aren’t capable.
Because nothing has been implemented.
That’s exactly why I created the Elevation Evaluation and my six-session coaching programme. 💚
I’m not interested in giving you another folder full of information.
I’m interested in helping you build a business that actually works.
Together, we identify what’s holding your clinic back.
Then we build and implement a strategy around:
✨ offers
✨ pricing
✨ consultations
✨ content
✨ diary structure
✨ follow-up systems
Step by step.
Because your income isn’t determined by what you know.
It’s determined by what you consistently do.
Knowledge gives you options.
Implementation changes your life. 🚀
If you’re ready to stop consuming and start growing, begin with an Elevation Evaluation.
Let’s turn your potential into a plan — and your plan into consistent £10k+ months. 💚

One of the hardest lessons I’ve learned in business is this:
Saying “no” can cost you money…
But saying “yes” can cost you your reputation. 👀
I once lost a client because I said no.
And honestly?
I’d make the same decision again tomorrow.
Years ago, I would have questioned myself.
💭 Did I make the wrong decision?
💭 Was I losing income?
💭 Should I have just agreed?
Today, I see it differently.
Every decision you make as a business owner is either building your reputation…
Or slowly damaging it.
The client wanted a treatment I genuinely didn’t believe would give the best outcome.
I explained my concerns.
I recommended a different approach.
I explained why it would create a more natural, longer-lasting result.
But it wasn’t what they wanted to hear.
So they went elsewhere.
And that’s okay.
Not every client is the right client.
I’d rather lose one booking than compromise my standards. 💚
Because every time you say yes to something you don’t believe in…
You’re saying no to your values.
For me, that means:
🚫 I won’t copy somebody else’s face.
🚫 I won’t rush a treatment plan.
🚫 I won’t “just top you up” without reassessing.
🚫 I won’t recommend a treatment simply because someone asks.
My job isn’t to tell people what they want to hear.
My job is to give honest advice — even when it’s uncomfortable.
Because when someone trusts me, they’re not only trusting my knowledge.
They’re trusting my judgement.
And I take that responsibility seriously.
Your reputation isn’t built only by the clients you say yes to.
It’s built in the moments you have the courage to say no. ✨
I’d rather protect my reputation for the next 20 years than protect one appointment today.
That’s a trade I’ll make every time. 💚
“Before we talk about filler… let’s assess your face.” 👀
That’s probably one of the sentences I say most often during consultations.
And sometimes it surprises people.
Because many clients arrive already convinced they know exactly what they need:
💬 “I think I need cheek filler.”
💬 “I’d like 3ml.”
💬 “My friend had this done.”
💬 “I just want these lines filling.”
But after thousands of consultations, I’ve learned something important…
The treatment someone asks for isn’t always the treatment they actually need.
Ageing is rarely caused by one line or one feature.
It usually involves:
💚 loss of facial support
💚 changes in volume
💚 skin laxity
💚 collagen decline
💚 changes in facial proportions
That’s why I never plan treatment around syringes.
I plan treatment around outcomes. ✨
Before recommending anything, I assess the whole face:
🔍 facial structure
📍 where support has been lost
🔄 how volume has changed
🧴 skin quality
⚖️ facial balance from every angle
Then we create a personalised treatment plan.
Sometimes that means filler.
Sometimes it means combining treatments.
Sometimes it means doing less than expected.
Sometimes treatment is staged over time.
Because natural rejuvenation isn’t about doing everything in one day.
It’s about making the right decisions at the right time.
I often tell clients:
✨ “The best filler treatment is the one nobody notices.”
Not because you’ve had less filler…
But because every placement had a purpose.
Every decision had a plan.
And every result was designed to help you look like the best version of yourself.
Not somebody else. 💚
If you want natural-looking results and a practitioner who plans your face, not your syringes, send me a message or book your consultation.
Let’s start with an assessment…
Not a syringe. 💚
25/07/2026
One of the biggest mistakes I made in my clinic…
Was thinking that offering more treatments would bring me more clients. 👀
For years, I believed growth meant:
🎓 learning another treatment
⚙️ buying another machine
➕ adding another service
📋 expanding the menu
I thought that if I could offer everything…
I’d attract everyone.
I couldn’t have been more wrong.
Because the bigger my treatment menu became…
The harder it became to explain what my clinic stood for.
📉 My marketing became diluted.
💭 My message became confusing.
😵 Clients had too many choices.
Then I realised something:
People don’t remember clinics because they offer 50 treatments.
They remember clinics because they’re known for solving one specific problem exceptionally well. 🎯
The biggest brands become known for something.
Not everything.
The same applies to aesthetics.
If your social media talks about 20 different treatments every month…
Your audience struggles to understand what makes you different.
Ask yourself:
✨ What transformation do I want to become known for?
Not:
“What treatments do I offer?”
Because treatments don’t build brands.
Outcomes do. 💚
When you build around a flagship transformation:
💚 marketing becomes clearer
💚 consultations become easier
💚 offers become stronger
💚 your diary becomes more predictable
💚 client spend increases naturally
The moment I stopped trying to appeal to everyone…
I started attracting more of the right people.
More treatments don’t automatically create more revenue.
A clearer message does.
So don’t ask:
“What treatment should I learn next?”
Ask:
“What do I want to become famous for?” 🌟
That question could change the direction of your clinic.
If you’d like help identifying your flagship offer, that’s what we work on inside the Elevation Evaluation.
DM PLAN and let’s build a business remembered for the right reasons. 💚
It’s actually pretty boring… 👀
People often assume that running multiple businesses means I’m constantly “on.”
That I’m naturally organised.
That I somehow remember everything.
The reality couldn’t be more different.
If I had to rely on memory…
I’d forget half of what I need to do 😅
That’s why almost everything in my life now runs through my Notion planner:
📝 My content
🎓 My academy
💉 My clinic
🤝 My coaching clients
🎯 My goals
📂 My projects
📅 My weekly priorities
💡 Even the ideas that pop into my head at 10 o’clock at night
Years ago, my business lived inside my head.
And honestly…
It was exhausting.
🌅 I’d wake up thinking about work.
🌙 I’d go to bed thinking about work.
😵💫 I was constantly worried I’d forgotten something.
Now?
✅ Everything has a place.
✅ Everything has a process.
✅ Everything has a system.
And that’s given me something far more valuable than productivity…
🕊️ Peace of mind.
I’ve realised that successful people don’t necessarily make better decisions.
They create systems that help them make better decisions consistently.
That’s true in:
💼 business
💚 health
🤍 relationships
🏡 almost every area of life
The older I get, the less interested I become in chasing the next shiny object ✨
And the more interested I become in refining the systems I already have.
Because when your systems improve…
🌿 your business becomes calmer
🧠 your mind becomes clearer
🎯 your decisions become better
📈 your results begin to reflect that
People often chase exciting opportunities.
I’m far more interested in building boring systems that produce exciting results 🚀
Because in my experience…
✨ Your results look expensive when your systems are simple. 💚
21/07/2026
I honestly hear this almost every week during consultations. 👀
And do you know what?
I completely understand.
For years, the aesthetics industry has shown people one extreme or the other:
❌ overfilled lips
❌ puffy cheeks
❌ heavy lower faces
So it’s no surprise people feel nervous about dermal filler.
But here’s what I always explain…
Natural-looking filler isn’t about using less product.
It’s about having a better plan. 💚
Filler isn’t just about filling lines or making features bigger.
As we age, the face naturally changes.
We lose support.
Fat pads shift.
Collagen declines.
Definition fades.
And one day you look in the mirror and think:
“I just don’t look as fresh as I used to.”
That’s why I created the Contour & Support Package.
It’s not for people who want to look different.
It’s for people who want to look like themselves…
Just fresher, softer and more rested.
Every treatment starts with a full facial assessment:
💚 facial structure & support
💚 volume loss
💚 skin quality & laxity
💚 facial balance
💚 long-term goals
Only then do I create a personalised treatment plan.
Because I don’t believe in chasing individual lines.
I believe in restoring harmony. ✨
Sometimes a subtle improvement in one area can soften three or four others.
Sometimes the answer isn’t treating the line at all…
It’s restoring support lost elsewhere.
That’s why every syringe has a purpose.
Every placement has a reason.
Every treatment is conservative.
My goal has never been for people to notice your filler.
My goal is for them to say:
“You look amazing.”
Without ever asking why.
Because the best aesthetic work doesn’t change who you are.
It helps you look like the healthiest, freshest version of yourself.
If you’ve been thinking…
“I don’t want to look fake… I just want to look fresher.”
