Don't forget, this Sunday, tea & wellbeing morning at the gatehouse cafe in south woodford (opposite waitrose). So glad I went back on the shakes this week, feeling so much better already. For me, 3 proper meals a day isn't always necessary!

So Barry and I are doing a mini clean 9, called it a "clean 3". 3 days of shakes for breakfasts and lunch followed by a low cal dinner in the evening. Getting ready my by big 3-0 bday celebrations which are no doubt going to involve eating and drinking out!!! Still loving the shakes though!
