We are excited to announce our open day at Oak Ash Lake. 🩵We have been working hard to convert our beautiful lake into a nature focused wellbeing centre. First Teen Wellbeing event at Elmbridge Community Eco Hub
A lovely calm studio to host in ✨💟

Is your teen struggling with exam tension or sitting at their desks studying for long periods of time.
This hour could give them that time away from their desks and learn a few techniques to help them stretch out the body and relieve tension from the head.

Chair stretching that they could do at home, breathwork to relax the mind.
Learn a head massage (leaflet to take home)
End with a guided meditation for exam success.
