I’ve been busy again in the background learning more baby Craniosacral Therapy techniques to help with breastfeeding issues.

A client today following her reflexology treatment asked if there are points she could do at home. She’s going to try Liver 3 as shown. So what reasons would it be helpful? It’s a great point for relaxation, pain relief and lymphatic drainage! Sounds good eh?
Give it a try. Lovely to do post a shower when moisturising your feet. Gentle pressure and take a few breathes.

Self care and kindness to yourself is easy to forget to do! I write this post today following a wonderful reflexology session with my friend and colleague and sitting outside in the sun on my day off! As a holistic therapist treating others I always remember ‘I can’t give from an empty cup’ so regular reflexology and craniosacral treatments are in my calendar! 💆🦶What do you schedule into your diary for self care and kindness?

I have to admit something..I love to study! Recently I’ve been quietly beavering away doing post graduate Craniosacral Therapy Training with more techniques to help with unsettled babies. We see lots of babies for Craniosacral treatment and so it’s always great to learn more to help support parents and babies especially in the first few weeks after birth. So why would you bring your baby for Craniosacral Therapy? A tricky birth, breast feeding issues, reflux, head turned to one side are just a few examples. Babies respond so well to gentle touch and care with Craniosacral Therapy which has its roots in osteopathy. In fact my training has been with a paediatric osteopath 👶

Here is one of the beds all set up and ready for Craniosacral Therapy where I am now based on one Monday a month. Offering affordable Craniosacral Therapy starting from £30 a treatment. The mission of the clinic is to make treatment more accessible to our community in Streatham and now that I’ve joined the team we are able to offer more Craniosacral Therapy sessions to you. Our next clinic is 9th March and we still currently have some spaces to book. Treatments are available for adults and babies! (Pre crawling)

Another new for 2026. I’ll be joining the team once a month on a Monday offering affordable Craniosacral Therapy. The clinic is open 10am-3pm and appointments can be booked ahead online. My first clinic is 12th April and spaces are available currently.

A few new things for 2026!
I’ve changed my days to Tuesdays 1-8pm and Sundays 10-5pm. All the same treatments and prices currently frozen! 🥶

A big thank you as we approach the end of the year to my clients, colleagues and fellow students in this life changing year! Qualifying as a Craniosacral therapist has been my big personal achievement and it has brought so much to my holistic practice. Thank you to my clients for letting me practice on you and thank you especially for all your support and encouragement during my training. There will be a few new things coming for 2026!
