‘Oil Blend of the week! - Monster Spray’

Created a ‘Monster spray’ this week for a friend whose little girl has never been a good sleeper - and is currently having lots of nightmares involving monsters in her room.

I made up a spray bottle with 3 oils that are known to be good for nightmares:

- Serenity (restful sleep blend)
- Copaiba
- Juniper Berry

Then I let the little girl choose an oil she liked the smell of to add to it, she chose chamomile which was a great choice as it’s a soothing calming oil.

On the first night she was up once (as opposed to 5 or 6 times) then received a message today that she hadn’t had any nightmares or woken at all the last night - she sprays it all over her pillow and bedding before bed to keep the monsters away - this was a little girl who consistently for years has always been up at least 5 times a night!

I’ve created this page for anyone who has expressed an interest in the oils, purchased any of the amazing DoTerra products or been to an oil evening with me.

I will be sharing different ways to use and get the most out of the oils, which will hopefully not only benefit you but also others who may be experiencing similar.
