Cancellation policy:

Unfortunately due to the amount of cancellations there is now a cancellation fee.

Existing clients:
£10 fee if you cancel your appointment, should you reschedule within a weeks time this will be taken off your appointment.

New clients from 24/01/2024:
There will now be a £10 non refundable booking fee. Should you cancel up to 72 hours before your scheduled appointment you will be liable to pay 50% of your appointment cost (- the £10 deposit).

I did not want to implement cancellation fees however I sadly have no choice but to do so.
