After a very hot and manic day working with year 5’s in school, I was all set to pass up a workout…yes me! But knowing these two gorgeous girls were heading over MADE me do it!
That afterglow was worth it all!

Kirsteen Crouch
I first met Kirsteen when a fellow PT decided to go travelling and suggested Kirsteen came to me. Almost 10 years later, I am lucky enough to say that Kirsteen is still training with me! ☺️
She consistently turns up and puts in the effort. She takes on anything I give her with mixed feelings but ALWAYS does it and rarely complains!
We’ve shared milestones, she’s seen my children start school and now finish school.
Her perseverance and commitment to be the best person (and Nonna) she can is admirable!

‘If it’s not changing, it’s not changing’
I met a lovely lady this morning, about to start her fitness and wellness journey…this was something she said to me and it’s stuck!
She is absolutely right.
If we’re not changing, then we’re not changing.
Change doesn’t have to be big, unachievable, unmaintainable steps…it can start with simple tweaks such as..one less biscuit with your tea/coffee, walking for 5 minutes more than you do, or starting to walk, if you don’t.
Most importantly, START!

🥵 what a hot and sweaty circuit class that was!!! I wasn’t even taking part and it exhausted me 😂

I was covering and when someone asks you after class ‘do you do this any other time, I really enjoyed it, it was tough?’….its the BIGGEST compliment an instructor can get! 🙏 😃
