🍂The Autumn Exhale is a deeply relaxing treatment designed to help you switch off from the outside world and leave feeling lighter, calmer and more like yourself again.
You'll settle under a warm heated blanket, surrounded by beautiful calming scents, while I work gently through the areas where we often hold stress — your back, shoulders, neck, head, face and jaw.
The treatment finishes with soothing face massage and Gua Sha to help release that lovely feeling of tightness around the face and jaw.
No rushing.
No pressure.
