Nina Clark MFHT – Massage Therapist/Reflexologist

With over 20 years practising Massage Therapy, Nina originally trained in Body Massage and Aromatherapy, followed with courses in Indian Head Massage, Reflexology and Deep tissue massage, gradually adding to her skills set as time progressed. She worked for the NHS as a therapist for 7 years, alongside running her own private practise, she has gained vast experience in her field. Since the birth of her son in 2009, Nina has continued to run her private practise helping clients with many different health issues, ranging from migraine, sleep problems, anxiety and many more. Combining hands on touch with natures medicine, holistic therapies play a huge role in today’s often stressful, anxious world, helping to create calm in our beings. These treatments assist the body’s own natural recovery process and boosts the immune system. It helps to reduce stress and anxiety levels and can help maintain balance between the mind and body. An often forgotten, yet major connection to our overall health. Alongside the therapeutic benefit mentioned above, massage will help alleviate tired, sore and aching muscles, post work out too.
