Healing your piercing during warmer temperatures?
A little extra care goes a long way 💖
Here are a few important tips to help your piercing heal happily this summer:
✨ Clean gently with Prontolind spray or sterile saline 2x daily
✨ Keep sweat, dirt & bacteria away
✨ Avoid pools, hot tubs & natural bodies of water
✨ Be mindful of sun exposure around fresh piercings
✨ Don’t touch or twist your jewellery
✨ Stay hydrated & give your body proper rest

⚠️ Before your appointment:
💧 Drink plenty of water
🍽 Eat beforehand
😴 Get a good night’s sleep
👕 Wear comfy clothing, layers.
🫶 Come relaxed — I've got you!

💎 AFTERCARE IS IMPORTANT 💎
To help your piercing heal properly, we recommend:
• Cleaning twice daily with Prontolind spray or saline solution
• Avoid touching or twisting your jewellery unnecessarily
• Keeping fake tan, makeup, hair products and sprays away from the area
• Avoiding swimming for a minimum of 3–4 weeks after your piercing
(including pools, hot tubs, lakes, rivers & the sea)
Healing times vary depending on the piercing type and your aftercare routine 💕
