We have a great community of 120 plus local people across classes to help keep you company!

Looking for participants to join us at the new locations: Puckeridge and Buntingford.
Change in weather, colder, darker, damper. Can affect our joints, muscles, bones and mood.
Keep moving, stay confident and socialise to help make the darker damper days more manageable!

Have you been thinking about starting some exercise?
Have you had a fall or injury recently and want to gain confidence?

Full timetable of classes is back from Monday 31st August. We have spaces in the Monday 1.30pm Move it Or Lose it class at Buntingford Scout Hut and spaces in Senior Circuits at Barkway Village Hall.
New class starts Sept 4th 1.30pm at Puckeridge Community Centre for those looking to improve balance, strength and coordination. Please get in touch for more information.
