It’s the simple things: wearing SPF every day, staying consistent, not picking, knowing when your skin needs a little less and not falling for every skincare trend that lands on TikTok.

Because good skin isn’t just about what happens in the treatment room, what you do at home matters too 🫶🏼

After hundreds of consultations, here's what I wish every nervous first-timer knew:

✦ You don't need to know what treatment you want. That's my job.
✦ You won't be pressured into anything. It's a conversation, not a sales pitch.
✦ Questions are encouraged. Ask all of them.
✦ Social media is inspiration, not a treatment plan. Yours should be built for your face. ✦ More isn't better. Sometimes I'll tell you to wait, or that you don't need anything.
✦ You don't have to do everything at once. We prioritise what bothers you most.
