✨ I didn’t just do nails for years…

A lot of you know me as a nail tech, but you might not know where my journey in the beauty industry actually began.

Before nails became the main focus of my business, I spent 3 years at college training in Beauty Therapy, progressing through to NVQ Level 3 Advanced Beauty, Skin & Nails, alongside Level 4 Anatomy.

My training and experience covered far more than nails. I worked across beauty and advanced skin treatments, including non-surgical facials and facial treatments, back when professional skin treatments weren’t anywhere near as popular or talked about as they are today.

So why did I become known for nails?

Quite simply, nails became the busiest and most profitable part of my business at that time. The demand was there, my diary grew, and naturally that became the direction my business took.

But my knowledge and passion for skin never disappeared. 🤎

Over the last year, I’ve invested in further professional training, refreshing my existing knowledge and developing it further with treatments such as microneedling and modern skin techniques.

So although skin treatments may look like something “new” on my page…

Skin isn’t new to me.

I’m actually returning to where my beauty career began — but this time with years of industry experience behind me, updated education, new techniques and a much deeper understanding of the treatments I offer.

Nails will always be a huge part of my story, but I’m so excited for you to see this next chapter of Opulence — Nails • Beauty • Skin. ✨
