I truly believe that the energy we bring into a treatment matters. When I feel rested, grounded and balanced, I’m able to give my clients the best version of my presence, care and service.

That’s why I choose not to fill my schedule from morning to night. I believe in allowing enough space between treatments to rest, reset and recharge — so that every client receives my full attention and energy.

As my little studio grows, I’m also welcoming another experienced therapist to support me. This allows us to look after more of you while still honouring the importance of rest, balance and good energy.
