▫️This patient came to us with a seborrhoeic keratosis on the neck, which was treated using CryoPen

▫️A seborrhoeic keratosis is a very common skin growth that can appear as we get older. They can be flat or raised and often have a slightly waxy, rough or “stuck-on” appearance, ranging in colour from skin-toned to brown or darker.

▫️CryoPen uses a highly targeted freezing technique to treat suitable benign skin lesions like this with precision, while limiting unnecessary damage to the surrounding skin.

▫️Depending on the lesion, treatment can be quick, but proper assessment always comes first because not every lump, bump or skin change should simply be frozen off without knowing what it is.

▫️If you’ve got a skin lesion that’s catching on clothing, irritating you physically or simply bothering you cosmetically, we can assess it and talk through whether CryoPen may be appropriate.
