By strategically relaxing selected muscles in the lower face, we achieved a slimmer facial appearance, a more defined jawline, and improved tissue support. As a result, the lower face appears firmer, more lifted, and better contoured while maintaining a natural look.
We also treated the forehead and periocular (eye) area to create overall facial harmony and balanced rejuvenation.

This transformation was achieved by targeting specific lower-face muscles, including the DAO (depressor anguli oris), mentalis, and platysma. These muscles can contribute to downward pull and increased tension in the lower face. By carefully relaxing them, we can improve facial harmony, soften heaviness in the jawline, and enhance definition in the chin and mandibular border. A secondary effect is a gentle elevation of the oral commissures, contributing to a more rested and lifted expression.

Our goal was to relax the overactive muscles responsible for dynamic expression lines while improving skin quality in the under-eye area. Using an anti-wrinkle treatment combined with polynucleotides, we achieved softer lines, smoother-looking skin, and a fresher, naturally more youthful appearance while maintaining natural facial movement.

Today’s treatment focused on the lower face, restoring lost support and refreshing the skin structure while carefully replacing volume only where it had naturally diminished.
