*Restrictions Update*

As you are all aware on the 19th July the law regarding mandatory wearing of face masks was lifted.

However , due to the close contact service that we provide we will continue to wear face masks and ask that all clients attending appointments also wear face masks (unless exempt). This has been strongly advised by both BABTAC and also insurance companies.

We aim to keep our clients, our families and ourselves as safe as possible in these uncertain times and feel that until things are a little clearer this is the best decision for now.

Thank you all for your understanding and support and we hope that this will reassure you also.

*Client update regarding Patch testing*

Due to a recent update in policy we are now required to complete a new patch test for clients as follows for lash extension appointments and also eyebrow and lash tinting :

*You have received either one or two doses of the COVID-19 vaccine. (Please note patch tests cannot be completed in the two weeks following your vaccination)

*If you have had or think you may have had COVID-19

*If you have received a positive test result for COVID-19 (please do not attend the salon)

*You are a new client

*Your medical history had changed since your last visit

*It has been 6 months since your last lash extension or lash/eyebrow tint appointment

I will be in touch with you if you have an appointment already booked in for the next 2 weeks but feel free to contact me should you have any queries. I know that patch testing is a pain and takes times out of your day but these are completed for your safety 🤓

Finally some good news ! It’s looking likely that we will be able to open from the 15th April 🥳

For those of you who have their appointments tentatively booked in for March I will be in touch to reschedule. For those who would like to book in for April please text me.

Unfortunately due to the latest government announcement and Warwick being included in tier 4; I’m unable to open on the 4th as planned.

I’d like to think that Instant Beauty isn’t just a salon but it’s a safe space for people to talk and be heard confidentially if they so wish. Behind the mask do a great job of educating people about all the different forms and signs of domestic abuse and work with hair and beauty salons throughout the UK. With 1 in 4 people (men or women) suffering from domestic abuse at some stage in their lives, just knowing the right things to say may just help someone at a crucial moment. 💜

Unfortunately due to the growing cases of Covid-19 we have been asked to close again as of Thursday the 5th November to Wednesday 2nd December. Such sad news. 😞

Please note the following procedures for when attending your appointment. 🤓

There’s only one client allowed in the salon at any one time so please wait outside or in your car in the free parking area and I will come and get you or text you to come in. Please wear your mask before entering.

Unfortunately we are not allowed to serve refreshments at this time so please bring your own if you wish and take it away with you.

Look forward to seeing you and have no doubt apart from a few minor changes you will still receive the same level of service that you did before 🤓😷 xx
