We all carry invisible contracts — words and beliefs we’ve repeated for so long that we’ve accepted them as truth.
😫I can’t
😫I’m not good enough.
😫Nothing ever works for me.

I want my children to learn to question those words before they sign their name to them.
If our children need weapons to face this world, give them the right ones — knowledge, language, awareness and control over what they speak over themselves.
Teach them that words matter. Teach them to choose them consciously. Teach them that they don’t have to inherit every belief we inherited.

Let them break the cycle ⛓️ 🔗

A little Costa treat before school with Eden, Meadow, Asher and me, because they deserve it. They help with the triplets, jobs around the house and give mommy extra hugs and kisses when i need them. 🥰

And a little reminder of why we say Grand Rising in our house instead of “good morning” — because for us, waking up, breathing and being blessed with another day is nothing to mourn. It’s something to be grateful for. 🙏🏽✨

Oh my gosh guys… our little visitor might be back 👀👻

I came from the kitchen and noticed
Ziggi’s blanket had been moved way higher than I ever leave it. Then I come upstairs and saw one of my drawers had been pulled open.
And after I’d calmed down from THAT, I noticed all the boxes underneath with the boys’ giveaway clothes had been opened too. 😳
Whatever’s trying to get my attention… it’s definitely worked. 😭🙈
We’ve had quite a few strange little things happen in this house before, so maybe our special visitor is back.
Please tell me I’m not the only one this happens to… what’s the weirdest unexplained thing that’s happened in your house? 👀👻👻

After the last Amazon wish list video, so many of you said “What about Meadow and Eden?” — so they VERY EXCITEDLY picked a few little things too.
Some arrived today and they are absolutely OVER THE MOON and so are Mal & i. 😭❤️
We genuinely don’t have the words for how grateful we are. Your kindness towards our family is something we’ll always cherish.
