When I assess your face and recommend treatment, it’s never about looking at just one line, one feature, or one area in isolation.

The face is made up of multiple layers that all work together; skin, fat pads, muscle, ligament support, and bone structure. Often, one thing simply can’t (and shouldn’t) be treated without considering the support around it.

For example, we can’t always place filler into an area if the overlying or surrounding structures aren’t properly supported first… because without balance and support, treatments can start to look obvious, heavy, or disconnected from the rest of the face.

“Sculptra”… honestly my new favourite word 😂

So here’s me, fully exposing my face — before (left) and 6 weeks after just 1 vial (right). And remember… it actually takes about 3 months to see the full effect, so there’s more to come 👀

If you don’t know what Sculptra is, it’s not filler — it works by stimulating your own collagen production, gradually restoring structure and support under the skin. So instead of “adding volume,” it helps your skin rebuild itself.

What I can see already:

That classic “triangle of ageing” (wider at the bottom, volume loss at the temples) is starting to reverse

My face is looking more like an “upside-down triangle” again — a bit more lift, especially through the mid-face

Skin looks tighter, less lax, like it actually fits my face again
