Thinking of Maya's family. Especially at this time 😪💜 Maya’s Law - Closing gaps in child safeguarding
Sending love

There are no words that properly describe these two dates for our family.

Yesterday marked four years since Maya collapsed.

Tomorrow marks four years since she died.

Today sits painfully between them.

So today we simply hold Maya a little closer in our thoughts.

And we remember that behind every safeguarding review, every policy discussion and every campaign are real children and real families.

Children must never become statistics before we decide to listen. 💜
