While I try to keep costs down as much as possible, with the rising prices of stock etc, it inevitable.

HAPPY DECEMBER EVERYONE!!! 🎅🏻

As you all know this month is a particularly busy month for me. I’ve even put on extra days to accommodate you all in time for Christmas. So with that, I’m now enforcing my no show/cancellation policy. (Sorry)

I must have at least 48 hours notice of you are unable to make your appointment (yes I understand that emergencies happen etc but if you could at least give me fair warning I’d appreciate it) late cancellations will be charged 50% of their appointment fee.

Any client that doesn’t turn up for their appointment will be charged 50% of their appointment fee.

I will also not be booking anyone back in until this fee has been paid.

As always thanks for your understanding and I’m sorry I have to enforce this but I have a cancellation list as long as my arm.
