Amen! I’m celebrating a big birthday later this year and my mindset has shifted. So, along with my regular yoga practice and walks, I’ve started strength training (probably a bit too late!🙈), and am making a conscious effort to “age well”. But, as ever: consistency is key!🫶🏼
