✨ Nail health is a journey! ✨
During my recent exams, I found myself picking my cuticles (a habit I’m working on!) which caused a few nails to break. Instead of adding tips, I’ve chosen to let my natural nails grow with care — using regular cuticle oil and an extra layer of builder for strength 💅🏼

It’s tempting to go for quick fixes, but healthy, strong nails come with patience and proper aftercare. Even with a few shorter nails for now, I’m prioritising long-term nail health

This approach is exactly what I recommend for my clients too — because investing in the health of your natural nails means better retention, less breakage, and beautiful results that truly last 💖
