Yesterday Alex spent the day expanding her knowledge at the beautiful on her complications conference! Complications and issues that occur when in the clinic doing day to day treatments, making sure that patient/ customer safety is at the highest standard

Our priority in the clinic and when doing any treatment is always your safety! When working with high-risk treatments such as Dermal fillers it is so important that we know how to calmly and safely come to a resolution whilst also making sure client care and communication is present!

We are now lucky enough to be part of Danica's membership, which allows us to have her full support and guidance. If a complication becomes apparent that requires further assistance, we now have that extra support system in place. Danica and her wonderful team are at the ready for anything further, may it occur with their 24/7 emergency line!
