Christmas bookings are flying in and I’m getting booked up fast ! Again due to many cancellations I have decided to take a holding deposit for Christmas bookings ! So I’m going to ask for £5 deposit that will come off your final cost of your Christmas nails, or if you cancel that deposit will be lost ! If you have already booked in it’s no problem just pay the deposit when you next see me to secure your appointment . Normal cancellations also apply ! again thank you for your understanding and support and I look forward to creating so many beautiful Christmas nails 💅 🎄🎅🏻

This is a difficult subject to talk about and it’s not something I enjoy doing however over the last few months , last minute cancellations and no shows have become a more frequent occurrence! Last minute cancellations means no income for me and to short notice to fill those wanted appointments. So from today I will be enforcing fees for late cancellations and no shows ! I please ask for 48 hours notice of cancellation and will charge a fee of £15 if the cancellation is less that 48 hours notice . And no shows will be £20 !!
I hope you understand that this is something that I have to do to protect my business and support me in this decision. I do also understand that life happens and sometimes myself need to cancel / change appointments . Thank you for supporting me as always . Jackie
