Soft waves for my lovely client Beth. The name of the hairstyle can be slightly different. But no matter how we call it: glam waves, soft waves, Hollywood waves we have to do the work to achieve this beautifully style. I always start with a rough blowdrying to work some heat protectant and smoothing creme in the hair to prep it. Then we add the clip in extensions. Most of the times we have to trim the extensions to match the client’s hair length. The next step is curling combing through, setting and merging the waves to get this beautiful looking soft waves style. Believe it or not it takes at least 2.5 hrs to create it. If the hair is more voluminous and longer it can take even 3 hrs. It is one of my most requested hairstyles and I can honestly say I have a lot of experience in it.
