For the first few weeks go to My Fitness Pal - just to show you , what a
portion ,should be and take a note of it.r
Try having less carbs for a few weeks.
Bread Potatoes Pasta.
For the first week
Eat 3 meals a day Drink more water.
If you feel hungry & are in the I need a snack mood, go for a quick walk, 🚶 Replace the snacks ,with a drink of water but make sure you pick a time in the day, you may want a cuppa & a biscuit (I buy border biscuits as they have 2 biscuits in a packet, it helps not to have a pack of biscuits (as it’s so easy to eat half of them)
It is best to do this six days a week, as you still need to enjoy life,I always have
Saturday as my day off, just pick your day.
If you want to, place an elastic band round your wrist, when you’re having a thought about eating what you shouldn’t- pull the band, it might make you think!
The Scales are not a good thing to be obsessed with, my son is a personal trainer . I have learnt that you can go to bed 🛌 & overnight you can put a few pounds on, that’s why weighing yourself should be taken once a week, not every day.
Good luck, you can do this & I will help you loose a few pounds, or more before you put that little black dress on for Christmas.
Ask your doctor for a referral to the Gym, they will allow you six weeks or more to go to gym for free.

Tomorrow weight yourselves and get someone to measure your bust hips waist and thigh.
Have three meals a day.
Try to not have carbs in the evening.
Every time you eat have some form of protein.
Drink plenty of water,
Download the app. My fitness pal, only at the beginning so you can see , what the portions look like.
Have a small snack like two digestive, or a packet of crisps.
No body can go through life, not having something that you really love.
You must have one day completely off - like Saturday night- Sunday - enjoy a roast
Also put an elastic band round your wrist, at the time you are most at risk and going to eat something bad.
Or create a new habit, go for a walk round the block, or take dog 🐕 for a walk , if you have one .

Hello everyone, we have got a few weeks before Christmas, do you best to try & cut down your snacks etc, carbs .
But most of all drink more water, we all know that people snack a lot over the Christmas period, like me I won’t be on rules 100 per cent over Christmas Weekend.
But if we try & cut back in the next few weeks, we all want to look good for the New Years Eve, you have around 25 days to get a grip & improve our chance a losing a few pound before The New Year.
I’m back to the Gym this week because I know swimming with be good for my pain.
But I’m also going to the Gym with my son , who will show me what I can do.
So if you want to copy me and walk into 2025 on the way to be New Woman
With better habits, better control of what we eating, rules are Three meals a day,
One small snack during the day.

Well we’re on a new mission, to making February Half Term our small first goal, to be a healthier person & still enjoy life in the right way.
All I need you to do is to get someone to measure you , you waist, your bust, thighs & arms . Then weigh yourself, don’t but take a picture of your self in the mirror, put the picture in the place, you make wrong choices, such as the snack cupboard, put it on the inside of the door, so your the only one that can see it.
I started my weight loss and I weighed 17 stone 3lbs.
On this weeks weigh in I was 12 stones 1.3 pounds
But what I always say is don’t DIET , just watch the snacks, drink plenty of water, but always have one day off , mines Saturday night .
It’s approximately 10 years since I started, only weigh once a week.
