I am soon to be a qualified meditation instructor! 😊 (I will have my certificate in a few days) …..
From 7th June I will be running meditation classes (with some breathwork thrown in).
The classes will be every Wednesday eve at the Woodlands Community Hub (Leavesden Park). 7.45-8.30.
I’ve had a lot of interest so far and have a maximum capacity of 20 people.
A chance for you to de stress mid week and leave feeling relaxed.
My meditation classes will be guided and for all abilities. No fitness needed so people with health difficulties are also welcome 🙏

Kindness is free, and yet it definitely makes the world a much more beautiful place. It only takes a smidge of effort from us to brighten another persons whole day - a smile, a compliment, a helping hand, or a simple act of kindness can go further than you think.

Have you heard about the ripple effect? It’s where a simple act of kindness towards another human creates a chain reaction that spreads far beyond the initial act. When we show kindness to others, they then are more likely to pay it forward, and so on and so forth ♥️

In a world where we can be anything, let’s choose to be kind. Let’s spread positivity, love, and compassion. Let’s lift each other up, cheer for each other and never tear each other down.

Remember, a little bit of kindness can make all the difference in the world. 🙌🏼
