Why Do I Need to Use a Needle Before The Cannula? 🎥

When using a cannula, a small entry point must first be created with a needle. This allows the blunt-tipped cannula to pass smoothly beneath the skin, reducing tissue trauma and minimising the risk of penetrating blood vessels compared to a sharp needle. Creating the correct pilot hole helps ensure a safer, more comfortable treatment and allows for more precise placement of dermal filler.

What Happens After Plasma Blast Treatment? 📸

Plasma Blast works by creating tiny, controlled micro-traumas on the skin's surface to either remove imperfections like moles, skin tags and milia as with this client. It can also be used to stimulate collagen production and skin tightening.

Immediately after treatment, small brown dots or tiny scabs will be visible in the treated area—this is completely normal and an expected part of the healing process. These micro-scabs act as a natural protective layer and will gradually flake away over the following days, revealing smoother, rejuvenated skin underneath.

For best possible results, clients must avoid picking any scabs, allowing the skin to heal naturally.
