MONDAYS, WE’RE CLOSED.
Not because I’m doing nothing… quite the opposite. 😂
Therapy. Walk. Gym. Food prep. House clean.
A little bit of maintenance — mine, not the salon.
I spend my week telling people to make time for themselves, slow down and look after the human underneath everything else.
So Monday, I practise what I preach.
Today I look after me.
Tuesday, I’m back looking after my people

But really?
I just look after people.

Life gets loud.
Our heads get full.
Work. Family. Money. Relationships. The 72 fu***ng tabs open in our heads.
And sometimes the answer isn’t fixing any of it.
It’s walking.
Sitting in the park.
Breathing.
Moving your body.
Having a cuppa.
Taking yourself off for half an hour.
Just giving your nervous system a fu***ng minute.
The problems might still be there when you get back — but maybe you’re a little more able to deal with them.
Life can wait. Take the fu***ng minute.
Because seriously… how do we get through it otherwise? 🤍
Can I solve all your problems? No.
Will they feel less s**t after 60 minutes at The Suite?
