Join our friendly yoga community in Irchester Parsons Hall every Thursday evening 7pm - 815pm £10 pay as you go. Yoga isn't a competition in flexibility you don't need to be flexible. No expectations or pressure to perform real yoga for real people. Everyone is welcome here.
2026 Turkey Hiking & Yoga trip what a fantastic time, great experiences and wonderful memories. Hiking in remote mountains, spending time in wonderful nature, lovely beaches and beautiful waterfall experience. Traditional Turkish cuisine and cultural trip. Practicing Yoga in beautiful nature.

Just to let everyone know there will be a yoga class every Thursday at Parsons Hall in Irchester 7pm-8.15pm except the 14th May no class. In 2 weeks I host my 2nd Yoga and Hi
king trip in Turkey. Returning to nature relaxing, renewing and resetting. Most of all having fun and laughter. The environment does the healing.
