Massage day 💆🏼‍♀️ A big part of my recovery since the beginning has been tackling chronic pain through body massage. I found that allowing my body to release tension enabled me to start strength work through PT. It also massively helped with symptom management, such as reducing headaches, chronic pain, and improving my sleep. There's so many symptoms of ME/CFS and hypermobility beyond just being tired. Every session my body felt better and better. Now that I'm starting running, the massage is helping me pay attention to areas of my body that need additional care and attention, as well as keeping me feeling good going into each session. Rest and recover is so important for every running journey. ✨ A little update from me… ✨

First of all, I want to apologise for my radio silence over the last few months. 💛

Life has been a little hectic personally, and with the school holidays in full swing, things have been even busier! But behind the scenes, that doesn’t mean I’ve stopped working on Enlighten Your Essence.

I’ve actually been taking some much-needed time to pause, reflect and recognise my own self-worth. Sometimes you have to step back, breathe and really think about where you’re heading — both personally and with your business. 🌿
I’ve been spending time working out where I want to take Enlighten Your Essence, what I want it to represent, and how I can continue creating something that feels truly aligned with me and what I love. ✨

And I’m SO excited for what’s coming! 🥰

💆‍♀️ And this Tuesday I’ll be heading off to complete some exciting training with Made for Life Organics, where I’ll be learning three new facial treatments that I absolutely cannot wait to bring to you!

There are lots of lovely things happening behind the scenes, and I can’t wait to start sharing them with you all. 💫

✨ What an incredible day at The Healing Festival Weekend! 💚

I loved spending time with 21 amazing children creating their own Jars of Calm using herbs and crystals. 🌿💎

So many smiles, laughter, learning, and beautiful moments.
Afterwards, I took some much-needed time for myself—exploring nature, relaxing in the forest to the sound of gongs, watching butterflies, and enjoying a wonderful back massage. 🦋🌳💆‍♀️

A perfect reminder that we all need to fill our own cup too. 💚
