✨ EXPERIENCED HAIR DESIGNER WANTED – WELLINGTON ✨

We’re looking for an experienced Hair Designer to join our lovely team at KGHD Hair & Academy in Wellington town centre. 💗

We’ve recently given our salon a big renovation and now have a beautiful, spacious and welcoming space with a really friendly atmosphere. We’re currently a close-knit team of five, and we’d love to find the right person to join us!

✂️ Full-time or part-time considered
✨ Existing clientele preferred
📅 Ideally able to include Saturdays, alternate Saturdays, or even one Saturday a month
🎨 We’d LOVE to hear from someone who has their own niche or area they’re particularly passionate about — whether that’s grey blending, vivid colours, blonding, short hair, extensions or something completely different!

We’re really open to discussing what could work for the right person and are looking for someone experienced, friendly and passionate about what they do.

✨ OUR SALON GLOW-UP IS HERE! ✨

This week, our doors will be closed Monday, Tuesday & Wednesday while the main works take place and KGHD gets a very exciting glow-up! 🤍

By Thursday, the main transformation will be complete, with just a few final finishing touches happening around us while the salon is back open and running as normal Thursday–Saturday.

As we come up to 2½ incredible years in the fantastic town of Wellington, it feels like the perfect time to give our salon a fresh new chapter, and we honestly cannot wait to show you what we’ve been creating. 🥹✨

A huge thank you to every single client who has walked through our doors, booked an appointment, recommended us, shared our posts and continued to support our little business. You have made this salon what it is, and we genuinely couldn’t do it without you. 🫶

And to the wonderful girls who make up our KGHD team - thank you for turning up day after day, creating beautiful hair, maintaining such high standards and helping make the salon a place we’re incredibly proud of. 🤍
