I ordered this sweet birth kit last week around my due date and sadly it arrived a little late for the birth!

It’s handmade from Etsy by and didn’t know I was their first customer this autumn🎃 Thank you!

I’ve learned so much from this doctor and the so grateful to have had this info in prep for birth and postpartum so thought I’d share👍🏼☺️

As some of you will know I am pregnant myself due end of September. And as every pregnant woman knows, we need to take care of ourself, so that’s why we haven’t been taking any new appointments at the moment. But thought I’d post this picture to remind ourself, self care can be so simple, we just need space to rest. So rest, rest, reset and rest some more mamas, mums and mammas.🙂
