Five elements. Five treasures. Seven years in the making. 🌿✨
Last week, Tracey experienced a private Five Element tea ceremony at Ham Yard with Yushu.
Each tea had been fermented for 7 years and carefully selected — one for each element. With every pour, we made a wish aligned to the energy of that element.
🌿 Wood — deep relaxation, tension melting away
🔥 Fire — warmth flowing through the body
🌎 Earth — nurturing and grounding
⚪ Metal — releasing what no longer serves us
The Aged White Tea for the Metal element was especially powerful — a toast to letting go and stepping into a brighter future.
Each tea was brewed twice, revealing new layers and depth. The energy was tangible. The experience? Absolutely incredible.
We cannot wait to incorporate these extraordinary teas into our Five Element treatments and offer an even deeper journey of wellbeing.
