Hi everyone, just a quick message to let all clients know we will be in contact over the next coming days to work back in date order of when your appointments were cancelled, this will be from january-April, then all other appointments will be re booked onwards! Due to the government guidelines it saddens us to announce that the salon will be shut from 5th November - 2nd December 😞🙏🏽

ALL December appointments from the 4th December will be kept in the diary. We will be working longer hours to try our best to accommodate everyone.

All appointments booked from November 5th are canceled, the clients effected will be contacted - please be patient as the next few days will be really busy for us & will get in contact with you as soon as we can.

If any cancellations in December need to be made can I ask to please give us as much notice as possible. During these hard times for all of us, we cannot afford for people to be making last minute cancellations that cannot be filled again. & any last minute cancellations or no shows will be charged.

Dear clients

We are now asking all clients to inform us of a cancellation 48 hours prior to your appointment.
So that we are given enough time to fill the appointment.
Therefore if it is not within the 48 hour period we ask all clients to make a payment of 50% of the cost of your service. Any cancellations or no shows within 24 hours of the appointment will be charged at full price.

To secure any appointments for new clients & colour service appointments we will be charging a 50% none refundable booking fee - the booking fee can be carried over only if you change the appointment no later than 48 hours before the date of the appointment. The remainder of the appointment booked will then have to be paid on the day, again any changes to the service will need 48 hours notice or it will be charged.
For example if you have booked for a colour & cut appointment and decide on the day you would like to reduce the service, this is not possible unless the full amount is paid, as we have still booked out the time for the appointment that will then not be able to be filled.
