Tomorrow I will be holding my first Toddler/Pre School Yoga case study with 7 parents and their 9 little ones ❤️ We will be Going on a Bear Hunt and learning some fun yoga poses along the way. We will also be introducing the Bear Breath and taking our Teddy Bears for a ride on the parachute.
