Tip of the day: PIMPLES.

When you do get a pimple, you should let it heal on its own. If you squeeze the pimple when it is deep under your skin you may break the thin layer of skin underneath the pimple which will allow the fluid to flow into the blood stream, creating more pimples in the area.
However, there are times when you need the pimple gone now and I have just the solution to help your body heal the pimple to make it disappear in a day or two.
Place a hot facecloth on the pimple for 10 minutes, then a cold facecloth for 10 minutes.
Repeat the hot facecloth until the pimple turns into a head, gently, I mean GENTLY push it out.
If it didn't come out, before you go to bed, mix a little bit of baking soda with water and honey or lemon juice into a tiny paste enough to cover the pimple. Stick a little band-aid on top to hold the paste in place. In the morning, it should be a lot less noticeable or even gone. If not, repeat these steps the next night.
Tip: The heat of the facecloth will draw the pimple to the surface, whereas the cold will reduce any swelling.
