Reiki isn’t only about relaxation. People come to me for Reiki for many different reasons, sometimes they’re feeling stressed or mentally overloaded, sometimes they’re struggling to switch off or sleep well and sometimes they’re experiencing physical tension, aches or discomfort.

Reiki is a gentle holistic therapy that can support your overall sense of wellbeing and relaxation. Many people find it helps them feel calmer, more balanced and better able to cope with periods of stress, while the deep relaxation it encourages can also be helpful when tension is contributing to physical discomfort.

Cooler weather, central heating and changes in temperature can all leave the skin feeling dry, tight, sensitive or out of balance and men’s skin can also have concerns such as dehydration, fine lines, loss of firmness or simply looking tired.

The Cosmeceutical Signature Bespoke Facial is selected according to the condition of your skin on the day.

If your skin barrier needs additional support, I may choose a Ceramide Re-Barrier treatment to concentrate on hydration, comfort and replenishment. If ageing, firmness or other skin concerns are more important to you, I’ll select the most appropriate cosmeceutical skincare for those instead.

You don’t need to diagnose your own skin or know which products or facial to choose. I’ll look at your skin, listen to what’s been bothering you and select the treatment accordingly.
