☀️ Making the most of the sunshine at Heath Lodge Care Centre ! 🌿

Our wonderful residents enjoyed a relaxing afternoon in the garden, making the most of the warm weather, fresh air and lovely company. There was plenty of chatting, laughter and time to simply sit back and enjoy the sunshine together 💜

Sometimes the simplest afternoons are the ones everyone enjoys the most 🌸

🐾 A pawsitively lovely visit at Heath Lodge Care Centre ! 🐶💜

Our wonderful residents enjoyed a wonderful pet therapy session with Pawsitive Social society spending time with some adorable Pomeranians who brought plenty of smiles, cuddles and happy moments.

It was lovely to see everyone enjoying the company of the dogs, from gentle strokes to lots of fuss and affection. A big thank you to Pawsitive Social Society for creating such a special afternoon for our residents 💜

Recently, we've been enjoying plenty of meaningful activities here at Heath Lodge Care Centre 💜

Our wonderful residents have been keeping busy with painting, dominoes, jigsaw puzzles, doll therapy and spending time outdoors making the most of the sunshine. We've also enjoyed some lovely gardening sessions after our resident Connie shared that she would love to grow her own tomatoes.

The very next day, we planted tomato and sunflower seeds together, with Connie, Shirley, Gillian and Michelle all getting involved. It was wonderful to see everyone enjoying the activity, and now we're all looking forward to watching our seeds grow and, hopefully, harvesting some home grown tomatoes in the months ahead🌻🍅

🍦✨ National Ice Cream Day at Heath Lodge Care Centre ! ✨🍦

Our wonderful residents enjoyed a lovely sweet treat to celebrate National Ice Cream Day, choosing their favourite flavours and taking time to relax and enjoy their ice creams together.

There were plenty of smiles, happy conversations and lots of enjoyment as everyone cooled down with a delicious treat. Sometimes it’s the simple pleasures that make the best moments 💜

A little throwback to World Chocolate Day at Heath Lodge Care Centre 🍫💜

On 7th July, our lovely residents enjoyed a wonderfully sweet afternoon with a chocolate fountain and plenty of delicious treats to dip. From strawberries and grapes to marshmallows, doughnuts and more, everyone had fun choosing their favourites and adding a little chocolatey goodness.

There were lots of smiles, happy conversations and, of course, plenty of chocolate-covered treats enjoyed by all. A perfect excuse to indulge! 😊

There was plenty of movement, music and fun at Heath Lodge Care Centre during our G Fitness session 💪💜

Our wonderful residents had a brilliant time joining in with Mya Lee from GFitness, following along with the exercises, moving to the music and enjoying a few laughs along the way. It was lovely to see everyone getting involved and cheering each other on.

A big thank you to Mya for bringing such great energy to Heath Lodge. We’re already looking forward to the next session! 😊

Fresh hair, beautiful nails and plenty of smiles all round at Heath Lodge Care Centre ! 💜

Our lovely ladies enjoyed a well deserved pamper with Bernadette, leaving with freshly styled hair, gorgeous nails and a little extra spring in their step. It was a lovely chance to relax, have a chat and enjoy a bit of time just for themselves 😊

There were plenty celebrations at Heath Lodge Care Centre as we wished Myrtle a very happy 71st birthday! 🎂💜

Rona enjoyed celebrating with friends who have become like family, while Myrtle spent her special day with her son, fellow residents and our team. There was birthday cake to enjoy, lots of chats and plenty of reasons to celebrate together.
