A reflective personal post on this dreary Sunday!

It pains me to post these before pictures as it’s easier to post the positive aspects of life, but equally it’s a reminder of how never giving up & putting “you” first really does have its rewards. It’s important to be proud of your wins.

Those that know me, know things haven’t been particularly easy for me the last few years (I’m not one to wallow in self pity) but I found myself in a rut last year, with probably every aspect of my life not going to plan.
Everyone has their own story (this is mine)

With life’s challenges, heartbreak, grief, running a business & bring up two kids, financially supporting them on my own took a toll on the way I looked at myself.
I’m sure most of you here have had moments of not feeling ‘good enough’
BUT, self pity only goes so far & there isn’t a single person who can get you out of it but yourself. Happiness doesn’t come from sitting back & waiting for someone to save you.

So, I manifested the life I wanted & Im slowly living by example. Obstacles still try & find me however it’s not the issues but how you navigate them & flip them into a positive that’s going to get you to where you need to be.
I don’t believe in manifestation unless you put the graft in to actually make it happen. Pointless otherwise.

When you let your mind go, the body follows suit. I’ve always been up & down with my weight & goals & I realised even though I was exercising, I was probably doing it for the wrong reasons, too many unnecessary distractions, with no purpose, up until this year!

A combination of determination, drive, patience & a “what doesn’t challenge you, doesn’t change you” attitude has got me to here, 45 years & finally feeling ‘Good enough’. And those that don’t see it, I challenge you to look at yourself! 👌🏻

If this resonates & helps motivate anyone else, then I’d say that’s a win!

If you want to know my secret.. there really is none & certainly no ‘quick fix’.
Fix your mind, change your toxic habits, believe in yourself, move your body, have better eating habits but don’t always restrict yourself, don’t rely on temporary quick fixes, have fun, smile more, you get the picture🥰

Do you have old, pigmented brows. Colour that has built up over the years, perhaps turned grey over time and which is preventing you from having the natural, soft look?

I’m getting amazing results with my removal & lightening methods and this shows how much colour has lifted immediately after the first session.
Bear in mind, your own lymphatic system is what slowly breaks down the pigment over time, and best results are seen weeks later.

By lifting off some of the old pigment, it will make room for a fresh look.

Want a fuller lip without the need for fillers?

Honestly, lip blushing is the answer for most people. Most of us, especially after a certain age will have lost some definition around the border. If we get that back in, your lips will naturally look fuller…. You can see it here.
Filler alone cannot achieve this!

Let’s make your own lips work for you, rather than creating something that isn’t going to age particularly well.
( I am not against a little filler when done right, but let’s face it, beautifully done lips with filler that naturally enhance your look is few and far between) and most of us simply don’t need it… IMO
We just need to get the colour back into our lips and enhance that definition 💋
