This transformation definitely kept me on my toes! 😅
Since we colour matched, the recent heatwave had faded my client's natural hair colour much more than expected, meaning our original match wasn't quite right on the day. 😳....( But nothing a little root touch up won't be able to fix.)

But sometimes you just have to trust your experience, adapt and improvise... and I'm so pleased with how beautifully everything blended in the end. ❤️
For this transformation we used approximately 150g of Braidless Weave in 16", using shades 2R & 30, and finished with soft waves for a seamless, natural finish.

Sometimes hair has a mind of its own, but I think you'll agree the end result is absolutely gorgeous! 😍

💜 How to prepare for your Hair Extensions New fittings and refits.....💜

It's extremely important that you follow some simple steps in preparation for your hair extensions fitting both new fittings and refits. 

If you arrive at your appointment with unclean hair, not only will this cause your hair extensions to not grip properly and slip, or tapes not adhere properly to the adhesive, but it's really not pleasant for your stylist to be rummaging around in your dirty hair 🤢 so please make sure you arrive at your appointment with clean hair washed at least the night before. 

It's also important for your hair to be free from products, and oils, creams leave in conditioner can leave a coating on the hair which will cause slippage of your Extensions. 

Arriving with wet or damp hair isn't helpful either, as we have to use styling equipment it's difficult to do so and will add extra time not allocated to your appointment if we have to add in drying your hair, so please come with dry straight hair. 

And a few little reminders.... Hair extensions can take up to and sometimes over 4 hrs, so please ensure you have either eaten or bring snacks with you......

And lastly due to my insurance I cannot have extra people or children in my hair studio, I am only insured for the client only so please attend your appointment with no guests or children. 🙏

Life's been a little bit crazy lately so I'm a little bit late posting this beautiful hair transformation from Saturday.

✨ New hair day for one of my lovely regular clients! ✨

Today we refreshed her look by adding even more beautiful blonde highlights for a brighter, dimensional finish. 🤍

For this transformation, we used approximately 160g of Prestige Silk Wefts in shades 1R, 2R-8A/12 & 2-2A/8A at 18", creating the perfect combination of added length, luxurious thickness and seamless colour blending.

Finished with soft, effortless waves to show off all that gorgeous dimension... and I think you'll agree, the end result is absolutely stunning! ✨

Just a heads up ladies that at the end of August I am on holiday, this will obviously clash with clients who are due their Refits, so below is my availability leading up to my holiday.

All NEW clients need to be able to attend a consultation meeting prior to Hair Extensions fittings appointments.

Sorry NO children are permitted at appointments, due to hot tools/Sharp objects & not being insured for those on my premises other than the client.

ALL hair extensions refits must be carried out within the 8-10 week recommendation, any Refits after this time frame will occur a £10 per week overdue charge, this will be because of the extra time needed to carefully remove any matting. 

Lateness, last minute cancellations and no shows ....
Please note appointments any later than 20mins will need to be rescheduled as lateness will have a knock on effect for other clients appointments, and my personal plans. 

Last minute cancellations can be rescheduled once before having to be re booked and a new deposit paid, and no shows without any explanation will NOT be offended any further appointments. 

Please note I am only able to offer my advertised working hours (these are available to view on my social media pages and Google page) 

I currently do not work late afternoons/evenings and my days off are Monday, Friday & Sunday.

❤️ A little update regarding my working hours ❤️

I just wanted to put a reminder post as I don't think all clients are aware & to explain things a little more openly...
As many of you already know, earlier this year I reduced my working hours & I know some people may have wondered why.

I am currently navigating perimenopause/medically induced menopause whilst also undergoing investigations for endometriosis & adenomyosis. Unfortunately these conditions can bring some pretty difficult symptoms with them including significant pain, extreme fatigue, headaches, joint pain & brain fog etc.. & by the early afternoon I am often completely exhausted.
Because of this, I also need time for doctors & hospital appointments (I try to book these on Fridays as it's my day off) so for the time being I really need to stick to a routine that works for both my health & my personal life.

My current working hours are:
✨ Tuesday: 9:30am–3:00pm
✨ Wednesday: 9:30am–3:00pm
✨ Thursday: 9:30am–3:00pm
✨ Saturday: 10:00am–2:00pm

Recently I have had a lot of clients requesting appointments outside of my working hours and whilst I know special occasions pop up & everyone wants their hair done for certain dates, if my health allowed it I would happily fit everyone in because that's just who I am. But I have realised recently that I need to be better at protecting my own wellbeing too.

So while I truly appreciate clients understanding, I won't be offering my days off as swap days moving forward. My health has to come first, I completely understand that this won't be ideal for everyone, so I am happy to recommend another local stylist that has more availability & I will be in no way offended if clients need to fit their appointments in around another stylist, so if you would like a recommendation just let me know🤍

Going forward please try to keep my working days in mind & book your appointments with plenty of notice if you need your hair done for a specific occasion, as I can't always guarantee availability.
