Jessica Hurley

Jessica is a freelance hair and makeup artist based in Horsham, West Sussex, and South London. She originally trained at the Christine Blundell Makeup Academy for Film and TV, where she learnt a variety of skills from bridal and beauty makeup, all the way through to casualty and prosthetics. Once graduated she worked as a trainee on many productions such as Jam and Jerusalem and Centurion, learning from BAFTA award winning artists and gaining a wealth of experience. Since then, over the last few years, Jessica has persued further training from working at the prestigious Marylebone salon Michael Van Clarke and also the Josh Wood Atelier, a favourite of many celebrities. It was at these salons where she found her passion for hair styling, as well as makeup, and began to work at London Fashion Week, magazine shoots and events, assisting some of London's top session stylists. Some exciting publications that Jessica has assisted on have been Vogue Brasil, Tatler, Glamour and Stylist magazine. As well as fashion shows for Rihanna's River Island collection, Markus Lupfer and Naomi Campbell's Fashion for Relief show. As well as fashion however, Jessica is still available for weddings and special occasion hair and makeup. There is something very special about being a part of a client's big day.
