I had my first appointment with Laura at Enigma today. She was so friendly and lovely, really listened to what I wanted, and cut my hair exactly how I’d hoped. She was also very accommodating and made the whole experience really comfortable and enjoyable. I’m so happy with my hair — thank you Laura! Xx

Amazing hairdresser, very professional. She was very good at giving advice why some things works with my hair and why others don't, this is the type of advice I need from a hairdresser. After my hair was done she gave me information how to look after my new hair, when to come back at the earliest. She is not one to rip you off as my next appointment can comfortably wait until August. Today I walked out feeling a million dollars thanks to Louise.
