Vulnerable Post - My Own Skin Journey!

The goal wasn’t glass skin. It was to be to leave the house with bare skin and feel totally comfortable. I haven’t been confident without make up on since my early teens. I am 35 next month.

I wanted to do this with no needles and no aggressive treatments. I wanted to know that my skin, and body, would be healthy in the long term and not damaged in the process for a short term result.

The first step was Esse homecare so I could calm inflammation and repair my barrier so it was better prepared for advance treatments.

I cannot even put it into words how happy I am that this is my skin now.
